What is the process after placing an order?

What do I do if I did not receive an email confirmation for my order?

How do I track my order?

Once we process your order, we will email you the parcel’s freight tracking number; so you can track your delivery through the freight company’s tracking portal.

Can I order online from anywhere in the world?

Yes, you can order from anywhere in the world. We offer free shipping for all international orders outside of the U.S. that are $1,000 USD or more.

What are the Shipping Costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the US and for all international orders of $1,000 USD or more; for international orders under $1,000 USD shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders for current available stock are processed within 3 business days of initial order; with delivery being within 7 business days of initial order (subject to freight company).

Pre-orders are processed within 30 business days of initial order; with delivery being within 4 business days of order being processed (subject to freight company).

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We do not refund but we will offer an exchange only if your item was damaged during the shipping process with original tags still attached to the item.

How does your sizing run?

Our items run true to size, coming in either a regular fit or an oversized fit; as specified in the product description.

I placed an item in my cart but it was sold out when I went to checkout
